Blast treatment is used to prepare the substrate by removing gold plating and black skin.

Gold varnish is a temporary rust preventive, but it needs to be removed during painting. It is removed together with the black scale using blasting. We also recorded a video during the process, but caution is required. ◎ Grit blast One of the surface treatment methods (cleaning). There are four types of cleaning, from Type 1 to Type 4, and blasting is the substrate treatment of Type 1 cleaning, which is the highest grade. ◎ Blast By spraying compressed air at high pressure together with particles called abrasives and colliding them with the product, it removes dirt, grime, and paint from the surface. ◎ Gold varnish A type of rust preventive treatment applied to the surface to prevent metal corrosion.
